  Senior Architect

Entrepreneurial, Agile & Creative: Career Opportunity for a Senior Architect

If you are a senior architect, with at least 10 years’ of Canadian experience and wanting to make a change to a firm environment where you can have a leadership role that will make an impact to our clients, team and community, let’s talk.  Through your entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills and creativity you will lead projects and teams creating successful outcomes for clients.  You have strong interpersonal skills backed by a solid technical background. You are comfortable with both managing multiple projects and teams. You can build and maintain external relationships with clients and sub-contractors.

Exemplary design skills

Proficiency in Revit

Collaborative and professional work ethic

Experience with contract language and liability

Strong communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English

Required:

Must be registered with the AIBC, or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia

LEED AP or higher preferred

Minimum 10  years' architectural experience in medium to large-scale projects

+ At least 10 years Canadian experience

Career Opportunity: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking full-time Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 10 years of Canadian experience to join our team. Applicants must be registered with the AIBC, or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia. If this is you and you have strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What we expect:

Knowledge of the BC Building Codes and related local bylaws

Knowledge and applied experience with LEED and sustainable design concepts and solutions

A proficiency in English communication skills, both oral and written

Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential.
