How to reinforce a new corporate brand for an established credit union?
In 2012, following a corporate re-branding, Ratio was approached to design a new branch for Aldergrove Credit Union in the downtown heritage district of Abbotsford.
With a longer branch renovation cycle, our strategy for the project was to update the branch design to reflect the new corporate branding while providing a progressive template for future branch renovations.
Personal relationships form the foundation for this client’s business model. To reflect this, the design introduced a rich wood at key member touchpoints. As a brand with multiple divisions, colour is utilized strategically to reinforce corporate identity. Overall, the new branch provides a bright, optimistic environment for this expansion into a new community.
Ratio has had a productive working relationship with Aldergrove Credit Union for almost 15 years. Over time, we have been engaged on numerous projects; ranging from signage and millwork or furniture items to branch renovations and new buildings.
